This morning I was making a raw vegan breakfast wrap, but when I looked at it, it reminded me of a pizza. So here is my version of a raw vegan breakfast fruit pizza.
- 1 Coconut-banana wrap (follow the link for recipe)
- 1 banana
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Dash of Powdered Vanilla
- 1-2 Organic Strawberries
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Vegan Yogurt
Lay the wrap down and put the banana on top. Use a fork to smash the banana and spread it around on the wrap. This is the “sauce”. Next slice the strawberry width wise so that it kind of looks like pepperoni. Then sprinkle the cinnamon and vanilla over top. Then top with the raw vegan coconut yogurt “The Cheese”.

Hope you enjoy this delicious raw vegan breakfast. Get creative with it and come up with your own toppings. Pineapple would go well too.
