Coconut Banana Wraps

This is an easy recipe for coconut banana wraps. You will need a dehydrator for it though. They make a great base for the raw vegan fruit pizza (Click Link for Recipe) I made today. Get creative and let me know what other uses you find for them. I have tried them with fruits for fruit tacos, and burritos.

  • 6 Bananas (Ripe)
  • 1 cup Coconut (which ever type of coconut you can find)

Mix in a food processor and pour on a teflex sheet on a dehydrator tray (Here is a Link for a great Dehydrator). Put in dehydrator and set at 110 deg. F. For about 6-8 hours, then check to see if it is firm enough to be flipped. Flip and dehydrate for another 4 or more hours. When you take them out of the dehydrator they should be flexible and not crispy. Experiment with the amount of time you leave them in to get them just right. Also you can experiment with different types of coconut and different ratios to tweak it to be just right for you.
